Vestibular Rehabilitation
Vestibular rehabilitation therapy is a specialized, exercise-based therapy intended to alleviate problems caused by vestibular disorders. Exercise-based treatment program designed to promote vestibular adaptation and substitution. The treatment or a range of conditions that affect the inner ear and your sense of balance, dizziness and nausea.
The goals of VRT are:
1) enhancing gaze stability,
2) enhancing postural stability,
3) improving vertigo, and
4) improving daily living activities.
